Build the AI coworker that knows your work.

Stop watching the AI revolution. Start running it.

I'm Hannah Laut. After a decade inside emerging tech (Coinbase, PayPal, Polygon, Bain Capital, Sotheby's), I now help companies, teams, and working professionals turn AI from a vibe into a real, daily operating system.

Four ways
to work together.

Pick the door. They all open into the same thing: helping smart people stop being afraid of the model and start using it like a peer.

i.

AI inside
your business

Workshops, fractional advisory, custom internal cohorts. For companies, teams, solopreneurs, and operators (founders, consultants, fractional execs, agency owners) who need AI working in the business, not as a side project.

Engagements

Hands-on workshops, applied training across functions, fractional AI strategy for leadership, ongoing advisory for solopreneurs, and custom internal cohorts based on Running Start. Built for the size of your business, not someone else's.

You leave with

You shipping with AI by the end of the engagement, not after a sixty-page report. Real workflows, in your actual stack, sized to your actual team (even if your team is one).

ii.

For individuals

For founders, executives, consultants, and operators who want to actually use AI in the work they already do. Running Start is where most people start.

The main door · Running Start

Running Start is the four-day live AI training where you build the AI coworker that knows your work, alongside a peer group of working professionals. Live, not recorded. The fastest way from AI-curious to AI-using.

Two lighter ways in

The ebook ($29) is the patterns I teach inside Running Start, as a self-paced PDF you can run on Monday morning. A 1:1 working hour ($300) is for when you want one human looking at your actual stack and real work.

iii.

Speaking + keynotes

For conferences, summits, internal company events, and women in tech, business, and finance gatherings.

Recent

"Using Claude Cowork to Rule the World (Or at Least Your Business)". Consensus 2026, Miami. By invitation.

Available topics

Applied AI for working professionals. AI for women. The post-content-creator economy. What a decade in emerging tech teaches about adopting the next thing well.

Your audience leaves with

Conviction and a clear next step. Not vibes, not fear, not a five-tool stack they will never set up.

iv.

For groups
+ associations

For women's networks, professional associations, member organizations, and industry gatherings. External-facing audiences. (For inside-the-company training, that's offer i.)

Formats

Custom group cohorts (based on Running Start), shorter workshop-style sessions at your event, or guest-instructor slots for your members. Virtual or in person.

Your group leaves with

A move from "AI-curious" to "AI-using" in the time most people take to read another newsletter about AI.

02 / Free · A 5-minute build

Your First AI Coworker.

You open a blank chat and freeze, then re-explain your whole business every session. This is the coworker that already knows your business, so you stop paying the context tax. A guided build you copy in one click, not another list of prompts to figure out later.

  • A coworker that already knows what you sell, who you sell to, and how you sound.
  • Your business captured once in a reusable brief, so you stop re-explaining it every session.
  • Three workflows running on day one: brain-dump to a plan, ten-minute call prep, and the thing you keep procrastinating.
  • Built in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Bring whichever you already pay for.

No spam. Unsubscribe in one click.

It's a coworker you direct, not a robot that runs your business while you sleep. That's the honest version, and it's still the best 5 minutes you'll spend this week.

Almost there. Check your inbox, click confirm, and your build downloads right away. While you wait, the natural next step is Running Start →

I would recommend any friend take this. This gave me the accountability to actually do it, and I came out more expertly equipped than I would have on my own.

05 / About

A decade inside emerging tech.

I have been in the chaotic middle of new technology for ten years. AI is the same pattern: a few people pretending to know everything and a lot of smart people quietly worried they are falling behind. I am here for the second group.

I built experiential marketing at Serotonin, helping emerging tech companies like PayPal, Bain Capital, Polygon and Protocol Labs actually reach the people they were trying to reach. I've worked with the institutions that shape how new technology gets adopted culturally, including PACE Gallery, Phillips, Sotheby's, and CAA. I sat on the founding board of stewards at ETHDenver and briefed policymakers at the White House with Coinbase.

Now I do the same thing for AI, except instead of explaining the future to outsiders, I am training the insiders. The lawyer who needs to draft faster. The marketing lead whose team is drowning. The operator who already pays for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and uses none of them well.

I teach AI the way I wish someone had taught it to me. With your real work on the table.

AI for women, on purpose

Women in tech · finance · law · ops
Why women are adopting AI second and what that costs in pay, promotion, and time. With a fix.
Do you only work with women?
No. Running Start's Spring Cohort ran women-only by design as the founding cohort. The Summer Cohort is open to everyone. Company training, individual hours, speaking, and custom group classes have always been open to everyone.
Will you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Denver and book speaking, workshops, and on-site engagements anywhere a flight goes.
What does an engagement actually look like?
It usually starts with a thirty-minute call so I can hear what you're trying to fix. From there: a workshop, a retainer, an hour, or a stage. I will recommend what fits the problem, not the biggest version of it.
Are you "an AI bro"?
No. I'm a working operator with a decade in emerging tech and a strong opinion that the people most underserved by the current AI conversation are the ones doing the actual work. That includes a lot of women, a lot of mid-career professionals, and a lot of teams who do not have a CTO whispering to them.
What tools do you teach?
Whatever stack makes sense for the room. Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Granola, custom GPTs and projects, plus the workflow scaffolding that lives between them. I am tool-agnostic and outcome-loyal.
